A Little Bit About . . .

Bachata Sensual roots back to Cádiz, Spain, where it was created by Korke Escalona and Judith Cordero in the mid-2000s. It quickly spread through the international dance communities thanks to Daniel & Desiree who significantly popularized this dance through their world-renowned performances, social media presence, and innovative teaching methods. Now dozens of countries across the globe are teaching and promoting Sensual Bachata,
Zouk is another close partner dance that emphasizes connection, fluidity, and musical interpretation, allowing for a great deal of innovation and improvisation. With influences from other Brazilian dances, it developed from Lambada in Brazil in the early 1990s. By using sophisticated leading and following methods, it enables the follower's movements to be led outside of the axis. The recent melding of these two styles takes each one individually to a higher level of creativity and expression.
Acrobatics (also known as “Acro”) merges with these dance styles using movements that incorporate elements like balance, flexibility, tumbling, and partnering. flips, Handstands, aerial maneuvers, and contortions are frequently featured in Acro Dance. The motions integrate musicality, emotional expression, line, and extension.
As dance styles continue to overlap, fuse and evolve, our aim is to offer a place to learn and grow in all three variations with fun and easy to master choreography that will challenge you and help you advance whether you are a novice or seeking to enhance your skills, we are here to help you in your dance journey.
